Q:There are no dimensions on this plan . What size are the bays , and what height is the ceiling in the car bay.
A:Ceiling height in car bay is 9' and the RV bay is 14'.
Garage door sizes: Car door 9' x 7' - RV door 10' x 12'
Car garage is 12’ x 28’ – RV garage is 18’ x 36’
Q:Thank you for the response! So just to clarify, then if my township zoning restriction is for accessory buildings to have a maximum building height of 16', this plan would meet that requirement?
A:My apologies- The 14’ height answer previously sent needs to be retracted as it is the ceiling height of the RV garage portion of this plan and not the overall height or mid roof height of this design.
This plan’s height based on your height criteria is approx. 17’-6” which is above the allowable height and would not be acceptable without modifying the drawings. The plan has a 7:12 roof pitch which could be modified to an approx. roof pitch of 5:12 to meet this height maximum. The plan shows site-built roof trusses, but you could easily take the drawings to a truss company to produce trusses with the appropriate roof pitch, which would comply with your local building authorities height restriction.
Again, my apologies for the confusion.
Mike
