Q:The primary roof pitch says 6:12, which part of the roof is that? What are the pitches all over the roof? What are the dotted lines indicating in the garage on the front side where the window is? How wide and length of the hallway leading to the master bedroom? What are the celling heights throughout the home, especially the vaults in the great room and the master suite?
A:1) 6/12 is the pitch on the main roof from the front of the house spanning to the back of the house.
2) The ceiling slopes in the garage from 9' to 10' in that location.
3) 3'6 Wide and 12' long
4) Great Room - 10' to 16' in the middle of the cathedral
Master - 9' to 15'6 in the middle of the cathedral

A:1) Living room cathedral is at an 8/12 pitch so it will reach 16' in height in the middle. Master cathedral is at a 10/12 pitch so it will reach 16'8 height in the middle (this could change if you were to use trusses since the master has two exterior load bearing walls)
2) No interior elevations are included - those are primarily done by interior designers and cabinet companies.
3) No Cross sections are provided.
4) I don't offer a truss roof option, those are typically supplied by the lumber yard providing the trusses and are stamped by an engineer for your area.
5) Included drawings: Foundation Plan for slab foundation, Layout page, Roof Plan, Roof Framing Plan (Generic Stick Frame Plan), Front, Rear, and Side Elevations, Generic Electrical Plan.
