Q:Do you have anything like 60111 plan that is a little bigger for the bedrooms? I am Really on looking for 2 feet more on the 2 bedroom side of the house.

A:Hello, The brick skirt is decorative. It could be removed onsite by the builder which would expose the foundation. The foundation could be just exposed block (or concrete stem walls depending on foundation type selected), painted block, or whatever material you prefer.
