Q:Are the walls with 2 x 6 studs 9’?
A:There are varying stud heights based on the ceiling ht in each room. The majority of stud walls are 9'.

Q:If I choose the option for the half bath, does the total living area or the dimensions of the plan change?
A:Yes....the total depth will increase by approximately 5' and the heated square footage will increase to 2192.

Q:Hello, is the post between the Dining Room, Great Room, and Foyer a load-bearing post? Similarly, are the thicker-looking walls that run left/right between the pantry load-bearing walls? Thanks! Nic

Q:Are the stairs included into the square footage in this plan? I've checked several plans and some did not include the stairs as part of the square footage. Thank you
A:All of the areas shaded blue on the floor plan are included in the 2077 sf living space, so yes, the stairs are included.

Q:Does this come with the vaulted great room in the plans?
A:The floorplan lists the great room ceiling at 10', so it is not vaulted in the original plan. This could easily be modified on site by your builder to be vaulted.

Q:Love the front of this house and the layout for the kitchen and living room. Dose this come in a LOT SMALLER floor plan?
This is the smallest plan with this particular style front that we have. The plan could be modified to make it around 1900 sq ft fairly easily. The floor plan would resemble plan 56908 with the exception of the garage/master bedroom wing.
