A: Hello, There is a pull down stairs in the rear left corner of the living room, near the bathroom door. Another option would be to create an access door in either gable on the sides of the house, which would require a ladder to access it, but would get it out of the living room. Thanks.
A: Hello, This plan has 8' flat ceilings, but you could choose to vault the ceiling in the great room/kitchen area if you wish. That’s an easy site change to make. There is quite a bit of attic space above the left side of the house. We also have bigger versions of this plan. See plans 59040 and 59993
A: Hello, We have two very similar plans, 59110 which does not have a chimney, and plan 59039 which does have a chimney. 59110 has a large walk in closet, and 59039 uses that same space for a bonus room. If we start with 59110, we would just need to modify the rooflines, and the fee would be $300 in addition to the plan package. You could also just have your builder make that change onsite, unless your permit office requires the plans to be changed. Allow 3 to 4 working days for preliminary plans, and another 5 to 9 working days for final plans. Thanks. Stephen Mathis, CPBD
A: Hello, This plan comes with 8 foot ceilings inside. You could have it open to the bottom of the roofing above, and if so, it would be about 18 feet to the peak, if you vaulted the ceilings. These would be easy changes to make onsite with the builder. Have a great weekend and God bless!
A: Yes you can! Please click the "Modifications" tab above to get more information.
