A: Good Afternoon! The stairs to the basement would go right under the stairs going to the second floor. We do not currently have any interior pictures of this plan.
A: The dryer will likely have to vent out the back of the house near the master bedroom/bathroom. We do not design the HVAC, your local builder/sub contractors should be able to design this based on your local codes and requirements.
A: The second story loft is open to the great room below with a railing all around.
A: The basement option for this plan is a full basement underneath the entire house (excluding the garage and safe room). The basement is just an open space right now and doesn't include any specific rooms. I hope that makes sense, thank you!
A: I believe our recent plans are drawn to meet the 2018 IRC requirements. Keep in mind, we are located in Indiana so there are a few changes that have been adopted statewide to that year's code. Hope this helps, thanks!
