A: There is no change to the foundation.
A: I have attached the foundation drawing which explains our slab foundation for this plan.
View Attached FileA: Good Morning! The plan is currently pictured on the standard foundation which is slab. Yes, on the standard crawl spaces, we show the garage slab dropped 14". This would add 2 physical steps into the house. If the customer wanted to eliminate the steps, there are different details we could show but that would require a modification.
A: I will attach a sketch of the stairway location. And yes, we can show either a walkout basement or a daylight basement!
