A: Beam locations are shown, but not sizes. Those will depend on load conditions at the build site.
A: CAD files are only available in .dwg format. We could provide the floorplan only in Chief Architect, but it will not be formatted to the final drawing file layout.
A: The additional two inches of wall thickness will go to the interior of the floorplan, so the exterior dimensions will remain relatively unchanged. Since square footage is calculated to the exterior of the studwall, the square footage will also remain approximately the same.
